Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours before your reservation. If 24 hours before your reservation has passed, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a rescheduled reservation, you must contact us. Any delay of more than 30 minutes for pick up from your side is subject to extra hour charges.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Delay

The delay conditions are separated into two segments:

1- From Customers

Any delay for pick up from rider(s) based on the scheduled time frame for more than 1 hour is subject to an extra hour charged at the end of the trip.

Exception: If the delay happened because of the airline delay, you need to submit your flight info and boarding pass to waive the extra hour charge.

2- From Driver

Any delay for pick up from the driver based on the scheduled time frame for more than 1 hour is subject to providing a 10% off coupon for the next ride with WineryYa.

Refunds

Once your cancelation email is received, we will notify you that we have received your email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items and Coupon

If you use any coupon for your reservation, we will return the money you paid and save the coupon for the following reservation used based on the coupon policy.

Policy Changes

Winerya Rideshare Online reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Returns Policy without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or app. Please check this policy periodically for updates.

By using Winerya Rideshare Online’s services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund and Returns Policy.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
